RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose your purchase carefully as Mon’Bou does not accept returns due to a change of mind. 

 

EXCHANGE 

Mon’Bou will offer an exchange on items that are the wrong size. Please ensure you meet the conditions of our returns policy to be eligible for an exchange. 

If you require a replacement size, please notify us by emailing info@monbou.com immediately upon receiving your parcel. In the instance that the item is out of stock, you will be able to choose another item or receive a credit note.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment. Please email info@monbou.com  with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you.

Purchasing an 'incorrect size' or ‘changing your mind’ is not considered a manufacturing fault and a refund will not be approved on this basis. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all SALE purchases are final, and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.

 

POLICY

Please choose your purchase carefully as Mon’Bou does not accept returns due to a change of mind. 

Mon’Bou does not offer refunds unless an item is deemed to be faulty. 

Requests for a return must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel. 

Items must be posted in the mail within 5 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame will be denied.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. 

Once Mon’Bou has received your returned package, all items will be inspected before the return is accepted or a refund is issued.

Mon’Bou reserves the right to deny a return or refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. This includes makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains/smells.

If we receive soiled items, they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a return or refund.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Mon’Bou. 

You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the account that the payment had originally come from.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Mon’Bou cannot issue a refund on items that are not received.
